Flash Control Linked To Camera Face Detection
When used with a compatible camera, the balance between the light falling on the subject’s face and ambient light is taken into account to automatically adjust the white balance so that the subject’s face is rendered with natural, lifelike colour.
Auto White Balance Accuracy
Color temperature information is transferred from the flash unit to the camera, and the camera uses that information to precisely adjust white balance.
Comprehensive Control
Flash compensation, light ratio, and other detailed flash parameters can be controlled directly from a compatible camera. A camera custom key can be assigned to call up the flash parameter display. When operated from the camera interface, flash settings are displayed in the selected language. Functions can be freely assigned to the unit’s four-way controller, centre button, and control wheel for easy access when required.
Improved Flash Shoe
The metal shoe with a reinforced side frame that also houses the unit’s electrical contacts offers improved resistance to frontal physical shock and impact. A structure designed specifically to prevent dust and moisture ingress provide even greater dust and moisture resistance and reliability when used with certain camera bodies.
