    Delivery Costs:

    At CameraPro, we offer reliable shipping methods to ensure prompt and secure delivery of your orders. We primarily utilize Australia Post and StarTrack Express Courier Service for our deliveries.

    • Standard Shipping: For Australia-wide standard shipping, we charge a flat rate of $12.90. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the size of the parcel and the delivery location.
    • Premium Shipping: If you prefer priority express shipping, our Premium Shipping option is available for $18.90 across Australia. With Premium Shipping, all parcels are sent with tracking and require a signature upon delivery, ensuring a secure and efficient service.
    • 24 Hours Dispatch: Our 24 Hours Dispatch service is exclusively available for Premium Shipping and applies to in-stock items.

    Delivery Times:

    All our orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Brisbane. Here are the estimated delivery times for our shipping options:

    • Premium Shipping (QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC): 1-4 business days (with 24 Hours Dispatch).
    • Premium Shipping (WA, NT, SA, TAS): 1-7 business days (with 24 Hours Dispatch). 
    • Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): 3-10 business days (with up to 48 Hours Dispatch). Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination, size, and weight of your order.
    • For bulky items such as printers and tripods, please note that the delivery time may be extended compared to standard items. If you choose Premium Shipping for these bulky items, the estimated delivery time is up to 5 business days. This allows for the additional handling and transportation requirements associated with larger and heavier packages.
    • For orders with in-stock items and using Premium Shipping, we generally ship them on the same day or within 24 hours, pending payment verification. If you would like more detailed information, please give us a call at 1300 431 431.
