It offers fast ingestion of CFast 2.0 media and connects to your Windows, Mac, or Linux system via a USB Type-C port. It supports USB 3.2 Gen 2 (10 Gb/s) and is backward compatible with other USB standards. It can also be directly connected to Thunderbolt 3 ports.

Angelbird's CFast 2.0 Card Reader is bus powered, meaning it receives power directly from your system's host USB or Thunderbolt port, with no additional cables or power supplies required. Thanks to a durable aluminum housing, their Solid Stack design helps protect your data against energy surges, as well as environmental conditions such as x-rays, freezing temperatures, and the hot sun. Angelbird also built the USB Type-C port with Solid Connect recessed connectivity, which helps to ensure stable, uninterrupted data transfers, as well as protect against cable wear and tear. Lastly, a built-in write protect switch helps protect the content on your CFast 2.0 media from being accidentally erased.
