The Portkeys LEYE III 4K HDMI 2.4" LCD Electronic Viewfinder represents an enhanced iteration of the LEYE model. This upgraded version incorporates a built-in Canon E6 battery plate, offering the flexibility to draw power from either a Canon E6 battery or a power bank. Designed as a compact electronic viewfinder (EVF), it features an HDMI input enabling the visualization of video content up to DCI 4K30 from your camera's HDMI output. Sporting a 2.4" LCD screen boasting a resolution of 1440 x 900, a brightness of 450 cd/m², and a contrast ratio of 1100:1, it ensures the display of sharp, vivid visuals even under well-lit shooting conditions.

PortKeys LEYE III Overview
The PORTKEYS LEYE III 4K HDMI 2.4" LCD Electronic Viewfinder is a compact EVF featuring an HDMI input, enabling you to observe DCI 4K30 video from your camera's HDMI output. With a 2.4" LCD display boasting a resolution of 1440 x 900, a brightness of 450 cd/m², and a contrast ratio of 1100:1, this EVF presents sharp, vibrant visuals suitable for well-lit shooting environments.
The LEYE III EVF includes a diopter with an adjustable range of -3 to +8, and its software offers a wide array of functions, including waveform, histogram, scaling, flipping, guides, zooming, image flipping, and cropping. Additionally, you can import 3D LUTs via the USB Type-A port, and the waveform can optionally detect data before or after loading a 3D LUT.
A passive heatsink vent ensures adequate heat dissipation and improves overall performance. The rugged metal enclosure gives the electronic viewfinder a sturdy feel, and mounting on a vast variety of rigs is achieved via its ARRI-style anti-twist mount, a NATO accessory rail, or a 1/4"-20 thread. A self-locking 4-pin aviation-grade power connector to the D-Tap cable is included for powering the EVF, and an integrated Canon LP-E6 plate gives you the option to power using a separately available battery. Also included are an HDMI right-angle adapter, a USB flash drive for updating firmware, and a soft, flat eye sponge for the viewfinder for viewing while wearing glasses.
