The LEE Filters LEE100 polariser is a snap-on circular polarizer filter that reduces glares and reflection from non-metallic surfaces, like glass or water. It also casts a warm tone in your images while enhancing the colour saturation. The LEE100 provides a wide room for photographers to play around with light and contrast, with the strength of the polarised effect changing depending on the rotation of the filter.

Compared to a linear polariser, a circular polariser contains a quarter wave layer on top of the linear polariser filter. This is to circulary polarise the linearly polarised light for autofocus and exposure accuracy, which would be difficult to do if you only have a linear polarizer.
