If you’re an Australian photographer or videographer with a deserving story to tell, problem to solve or positive impact to make, the CameraPro Explorer’s Grant is your chance to make it happen and make it known.
Applications are now invited for the third CameraPro Explorer’s Grant, established to further change-making initiatives and bring them exposure through photography/video. We are also proud to announce our new Junior category for creatives who are 13-17 years old.
What is The Explorer’s Grant?
There’s nothing more powerful than a community with a cause. But any cause needs support and gaining support needs exposure.
The Explorer's Grant was established to offer humanitarians, environmentalists, storytellers, innovators and pioneers both financial support and exposure for their chosen cause through photography and/or videography.

“This grant allows me to continue a project that is really important to me, to [survivor of institutional abuse] Margaret and to the Forgotten Australian community. It will allow me to…raise awareness of Forgotten Australians, be with Margaret as she undergoes her court case to seek justice, and also…give back to a charity that is helping vulnerable children in our society”
